A9 road closure update

Central Scotland Police officers are currently assisting a number of motorists stuck on the A9 between Dunblane in the Central Scotland area and Greenloaning in the Tayside area who are experiencing difficulty due to the weather and road conditions.

Drivers are advised to stay away from the area if at all possible and drive with caution according to the road conditions.

A number of drivers are reporting that their vehicles are stuck in snow and police are working to get them moving again.

The A9 remains closed until conditions improve.
