Police and Community Priorities
The team work closely with the community to identify the issues of most concern and then take action to tackle them. The following are the PACT Priorities identified by the community for September 2010.
Problem: Anti-Social Behaviour along the riverbank at the rear of Drip Road and Hawthorn Crescent
Response: Stirling Officers will be informed of the problem of Anti-Social Behaviour in this area with a view to carrying out extra high visibility patrols as often as possible. Efforts will be made to identify the offenders and also carry out checks at local licenced premises.
Problem: Anti-Social Behaviour, Keir Avenue.
Response: Both high visibility and plain clothes operations will be conducted in this area with a view to identifying offenders who are causing unnecessary upset to local residents.
Problem: Speeding on Drip Road.
Response: High visibilty patrols will be carried out in this area regarding the ongoing problem of speeding in this area . Hand Held Radar will be conducted to uphold the 20mph speed limit in force.

The team would like to meet with as wide a cross section of the community as possible and can be spoken to in person at venues throughout the month, details to follow.
