Jennifer Smart
Community Constable
Constable Jennifer Smart has responsibility for providing policing solutions to the communities of Hillpark and Whins of Milton. She can be contacted through Bannockburn Police office. Jennifer also takes over the role of liaison officer for Bannockburn High School.
PACT Priorities January/February 2012
1. Youth related anti-social behaviour/setting of fires within Catherine Street.
2. Use of mini-motorbikes within the areas of Randolph Crescent/Park Drive and into Bannockburn areas.
So what have we been doing for you?
1.You Said: that youths are congregating and causing a nuisance within the area of Catherine Street. Fires are also being set.
We Did: We are currently completing high visibility patrols/plain clothes patrols within the areas of Catherine Street.
Result: Our patrols will be continuing in this area and any youths found causing a disturbance/consuming alcohol/setting fires will be dealt with in a robust manner.
2.You Said: there is a problem with the use of mini-motorbikes within the areas of Randolph Crescent, Park Drive and into Bannockburn areas.
We Did: We are currently completing high visibility/plain clothes patrols within these areas.
Result: Our patrols will be continuing within these areas and any persons traced riding mini-motorbikes will be dealt with in a robust manner.

If you have any concerns that you feel should be a PACT Priority as it is impacting on your Community, please raise these concerns by phoning me direct, by speaking with your Community Council members, or alternatively come along to the next Community Council meeting. These meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm at Hillpark Community Centre.
