Blanefield
The village of Blanefield and neighbouring Strathblane lie at the western extreme of the Stirling Area Command within a very rural setting, but close to the northern edge of Glasgow. Landmarks including Duntreath Castle and Mugdock Country Park.
David McNally
Community Constable
David has worked with Central Scotland Police for the last eighteen years. Initially commencING service in the Falkirk area command in 1990 where he worked in Falkirk Burgh, Camelon and Maddiston police offices until 2002. Since 2002 David has been stationed in Balfron sub area command policing the communities the station serves. Since October 2008, he has assumed the role of Community Constable at Balfron with responsibility for the villages of Fintry, Killearn and Strathblane.
