Phil Fraser and Kim Mcaulay
Community Constables
Phil Fraser and Kim Mcaulay are the Community Officers for the Langlees area.
Phil started with the police in 2004, and has been the community officer in Langlees since 2007.
Kim and Phil are always out and about in the community, either carrying out foot, bike or mobile patrols. They visit and keep in touch with the varied community groups in the area, as well as giving talks to the local schools.
Kim and Phil focus on all areas of criminality, but have particular responsibility for tackling anti-social crimes and behaviour that have an impact on residents quality of life. They work closely with partner agencies, such as Dawson and Link Housing to identify and address the issues that affect you.

PACT Priorities for Langlees - January 2012
1. Target persons using Woodland walk area for criminal activity - in particular in relation to cable burning/ metal thefts and fly tipping.
2. Focus on disrupting illegal drug abuse in Langlees, by targeting users and local dealers and developing intelligence.
3. Road safety awareness initiative at Langlees Primary to school to include targeting illegal or inconsiderate parking and making both children and parents aware of safety dropping/picking children up practices
