Community Constable

Constable Taylor has 16 years service with Central Scotland Police working primarily within the Denny Local Area Command. In January 2007, Iain became the Community Police Officer responsible for Banknock, Dennyloanhead, Haggs and Longcroft. Iain is also the school liason officer for Bankier and Head of Muir Primary Schools where he links in by delivering Educational Inputs on a variety of Police related subjects.

The following PACT (Police and Communities Together) priorities for the Banknock, Haggs, Longcroft and Dennyloanhead areas for March;

1. Use of hand held radar to address complaints of speeding motorists using the A803 (Coneypark to Dennyloanhead)

2. Address reports of antisocial behaviour by youths congregating in Dennyloanhead.

3. Inconsiderate and pavement parking in Kerr Crescent, Haggs

Friday 26th March (1415 hrs - 1515 hrs) - Mobile Police Office parked at Archibald Russell Centre car park, Dennyloanhead
