Alloa Town Centre / North
Alloa has a vibrant town centre with a wide range of shops and national chains. The town has a generous supply of free parking and was awarded the national Safer Car Parking award, an initiative supported by the Home Office and the Scottish Government. Alloa Town Centre can easily be accessed by bus, train and car via the new Clackmannanshire bridge and rail network, which connects it to Stirling and Fife.
Alloa is Scotland's sixth Business Improvement District (BID), where local businesses and organisations influence the activities within the town - making a small contribution which is invested back into the town centre. The BID is supported by Central Scotland Police which acts in an advisory role.
The Alloa West area consists of both industrial and residential areas, with West End and Greenfield Parks also situated here.
