Current Vacancies
Clerical Assistant - £15,375 pro rata (Job Share - 17.5 hours per week)
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Clerical Assistant/Typist to work as part of the team in the Business Services Unit, based in Falkirk Police Office.
This is a varied role and applicants must be able to prioritise their workload and work on their own initiative. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth day to day running of the Business Services Unit by way of updating and maintaining the computerised systems used to administer and process correspondence, legal documentation for service and fixed penalties. You will also be required to produce statistics as requested on a monthly basis and ensure all incoming and outgoing mail is dealt with efficiently and accurately disseminating all correspondence for the force (around 1200 staff). Due to the busy environment, you must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, whilst maintaining first class service to your customers.

HR Asssistant - £15,375 per annum
Central Scotland Police are now recruiting for an HR Assistant to join the HR Team based at Police Headquarters in Stirling.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment or who is looking to move into the field of HR as the post holder will be involved in the provision of administrative support to the HR department for over 1200 members of staff. This will include assisting with the administration of the recruitment process and leavers from the organisation, handling general enquiries to the department, processing correspondence and various other clerical/administrative matters that arise in a busy HR office.
